7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Disclaimer

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2 Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by Croatian law, Urban Design Studio, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any damages arising from use or inability to use our Services

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

While we strive for excellence, professional design services involve subjective elements. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, approvals, or results from regulatory bodies or third parties.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Urban Design Studio and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any materials or information you provide to us

9. Termination

9.1 Termination Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Actions that may harm our reputation or operations
• Non-payment of fees when applicable

9.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

9.3 Project Termination

Termination of ongoing projects is governed by individual service agreements. Early termination may be subject to fees for work completed and committed resources.

12.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Croatia.

12.3 European Union Rights

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions under EU law and the law of your country of residence.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy, parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through good-faith negotiations for a period of thirty (30) days.

13.2 Mediation

If informal resolution fails, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation. Mediation shall be conducted in Croatia by a mutually agreed-upon mediator.

13.3 Litigation

If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through litigation in Croatian courts as specified in Section 12.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified through:
